I’ve never seen this cycle broken but all the companies I observed happened to move on somehow. I think it’s not a dead-loop after all. It adds a lot of friction for sure but doesn’t stop the mechanism. It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try to minimize this friction, you just can never expect a 100% smooth execution. So, just be calm and deal with it :)
