I haven’t checked out Video Scribe, but I was considering a few online video creators. The main concern with them was that making anything custom, like editing our screencasts, is most probably impossible in them. But now I think that I could’ve used them for animation, edit the screencast in AE and then just stitch them together.

Also, for this kind of video editing, there must be some simpler software (e.g. like Sketch for designers), but I never managed to find anything that people really use.
